Whats our program about?
The National Labor Relations Act, N.L.R.A. for short,is a foundational statute of the United States labor law which guarantees into trade unions, engaging into collective bargaining, which is a process in which working people, through their unions, negotiate contracts with employers to determine their terms of employment, including pay, health care, pensions and other benefits, hours, leave, job health and safety policies, ways to balance work and family and more.
The purpose
The purpose of this program is to simply conduct an act in which to protect the rights of employees and employers, to encourage collective bargaining, and to judge certain private sector labor and management practices, which can harm the general welfare of workers, businesses and the U.S. economy. This will also help better work enviorments and benefits.
Where will the program be implemented?
This program will be implanted in every state, county, and city in the United States to help satisfy the people for the fairness of jobs, but also it will create a movement of hope to get people over the depression.
Goals in accordance to our program?
Our one goal here is to make jobs fair, and to accomplish this our new program will create the oppertunity for the people to barrgin for their job terms, which will create fairness throughout the nation in accordance to jobs.
